The beach is the best ! It's Florida !
3rd row is very close to the street which can get loud and noisy also at night. If traffic noise doesn't bother you -nice, But if you are looking to have some quiet, relax time I recommend park side.
The beach is the main reason to stay there but that fine white sand gets in everything
