Ask for the manager, be specific about the food allergies and the severity of them. They will prepare the food separately, most likely in the kitchen not on the hibatchi grill due to cross contamination. Be sure your friend has their epi pen with them as always just as a precaution.
Maybe if you ask the seater maybe they can cook it separate and they can still enjoy the show not sure this is a new one for me lol
