They may have gotten a little complacent with their business but hearing from the customers PRAYERFULLY will make them see the error of their ways and that things NEED TO CHANGE to STAY IN BUSINESS!!!
Not sure if you are referring to delivery taking that long (i know carry out has never taken that long so I'm assuming delivery ) but living a few blocks away from the shop and expecting your food to just be ran to you since you're close and making orders based on the customers location instead of how they come in to the store is unrealistic. I drive for them and know that yes we do get backed up sometimes but we deliver fresh, hot food. Each order is taken out within minutes of it being prepared to ensure this
Yeah I wouldn't suggest take out from there. Its more of a quiet sit down, get full for the low type joint.
