Ordered food for delivery off of the website and got my confirmation email and my card was charged. Checked to see where my food was and the track my order showed that my order was canceled. It took 7+ phone calls before anyone answered the phone and when they finally answered they told me that they have no delivery drivers and aren't taking delivery orders and that they called me to tell me. They never called and they are still allowing delivery orders on the website. The individual who answered was not remorseful that they took the money off my card and told me that I could just place another order for pick up. Then when I informed them that they never called me they asked for the phone number on the order and when I gave it to them they said that they didn't have the order ticket anymore so they couldn't confirm that it was accurate. The person who answered was no help and was very disrespectful.

Our first time here. I ordered a small Chicken Hawaiian pizza, husband got the Deluxe Pizza Bowl. Both of us were very happy with our pizzas. Crust on my pizza was very fresh, much better than many places and without the "cardboard" aspect of some pizza crusts. Staff member Christian who took our orders was very helpful, answered questions, offered packets of grated cheese and red pepper. Overall a good experience. Recommended. Would return!

My stepdad ordered food from here tonight. It took over two hours for us to get our food, and we had to call what felt like 3 times just to see where it was at. Our order eventually came, but our pizza was wrong, the drinks and salad were forgotten at the pizza place. This all happened between 5:30 to 7:30. The driver told us that he would run back and get our salad and drinks, and we didn’t see him again until 9:30. And one of the drinks were wrong. We felt bad for the driver as he was supposedly the only one out, but we weren’t notified about it until we called and were frustrated about our order. And we didn’t get the correct order. The place was also hard to get ahold of. Maybe this place is better during the week, but I would explore other options when it comes to pizza around the holidays or a big event. Not impressed with the service that we got for 50 including tip.
