Being a runner myself, the only change I know of is don't go in after 1:00pm you will not get a number, which means if you're not in line when they open, don't bother. That's if you are running for a dealership
Dealer transactions must be done in Cranston. The DMV will begin batching dealer registrations for later pickup.
