I have misplaced my current registration but I have my stickers on my license plates. Do I have to go through the process again and pay the fee again?

You still have to go to the DMV FOR A copy of your registration, not doing so will mean your vehicle will not be legally registered if you get asked by the police to show you the registration and your car could be towed
