You have to go and purchase a duplicate license for $26.50.
You have to fill out the application for a duplicate license and stand in line with everyone else. Not sure how much it costs so bring a blank check with you
If you are a AAA member, you may also obtain a duplicate license at any of its branches in Rhode Island or at its branch in South Attleboro.
