I have ordered and paid for wildlife rehab plates since Oct 2017. Just found out they are supposedly at the DMV in Cranston. Can I Just pick them up? Do I need to turn in my plates that are currently on my car?

You need to bring in your old plates to swap them for your new plates. Fill out this form: http://www.dmv.ri.gov/feedback/ -- include your vehicle registration, make/model/year of the vehicle and the address on the registration. Our plate-room supervisor will contact you with that information.
