My friend & I want to get the Real license. He has COPD and is on oxygen. What is best way to handle this ?

If he has a handicapped placard,he can get in the shorter line.He will be in and out within 15-20 minutes.

They'll take car of him there. Unless you have AAA then it's probably easier and quicker.
