Rhode Island DMV was very Cooperative with me although you can schedule to go to your selected areas registration new license judication whatever the appointments are pretty well in advance I believe I was just lucky I got in the same day with no appointment
Your going to need to schedule an appointment for the DMV. Just go to Rhode Island's DMV's website in order to make the appointment. And I'd recommend making the appointment soon, I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment.
