No Carissa. You have to make an appointment in the Adjudication Office in the DMV headquarters in Cranston. Appo are made online at www.dmv.ri.gov Look for the blue reservation bars on the home page.
You can call the adjudication department and ask about your suspensions.
I'm sure you can call and ask. You can also check services online, a lot can be done online as well.
