Student records for high school, college, or trade school are acceptable. Military ID or records, passport or work permit are acceptable. Medical records/bills may be acceptable.
It depends on a number of factors It helps if you have uncle, aunt, sibling, or spouse who can receive postage mail letter(s) on your behalf as soon as you inform the person.. parent(s) or legal housing guardian normally can accept letter on the child behalf.. but you stated parent not receiving letter for you.. acceptable documents for address are one utility bill in your name, pay stub from your current work location, and other acceptable documents on the list stated by RI DMV.
