No, not all the non-primative tent sites have electric. At Lakeview campground, for example, the inner circle tent sites do not have electric.

Yes on the campground loop, but the primative camping in the back that you have to hike to on the backside of little Lake Johnson does not.

Yes they do there seems to be a handful of people that stay months at a time snowbirds I assume. I have been to the park 3 times in the last couple of months with the family and I've seen the same people still camping out. It cost us $5 per car to enter the park and we usually donate $5 as well. Great deal
