This is a private beach. They do have a bathroom but there is no animals allowed and no smoking. Very clean beach and good people!
The bathrooms are portapotty style and if they're open, the bathrooms are open. The Rhode Island State Park website has hours of operation.
There are porto potties and they are open. No lifeguard
