David - great question! When the temp is under 20 degrees, we must unfortunately close the Automatic and Self-Serve Bays temporarily for your car's protection. The water will freeze your locks and/or power windows. The vacs are always open. We reopen the Automatic and Self-Serve Bays as soon as the temp reaches over 20 degrees. We are normally open 24 hours a day 365 days per year as long as temperature allows
