You make an appointment and when you show up, they say you don't have an appointment even though they have your name down. Then you get there for what you were scheduled for, and they don't have anything ready after you have waited 45 minutes inside before even calling your name. Very frustrating! Been going there for the last 2 years to get a Visa and citizenship, still waiting for my card

Bad services they never answer the phone or emails or can’t leave a voicemail!

This place seems unreachable. I tried every phone number listed on their website, and nothing! The few times that you're lucky enough to leave a voicemail, it cuts you off and hangs up on you within 5 seconds as you're leaving the message. Then, you try to contact them via email and get no response there either. You try to make an online appointment in their website, and you can't! Supposedly, you can't go there unless you have an appointment made with them. It's well apparent that they don't want you there at all! All avenues to get your business done completely blocked by them (phone, online, and in-person). Well done serving the public!

They will not answer phones or emails. My gf applied for Portuguese citizenship a year and half ago and haven't heard back anything. They basically took her money

I am having a similar issue. Now I can not get a hold of anyone. No one returns my calls or emails. Mike Almeida. What app is that?
Yes it is necessary, my wife had to make the citizen card to make the passport, she did everything on time citizen card and passport then
Sr. Mesquita in pensions at consulate.
Hello Belita Carvalho, Normal (10 business days) - $ 85.77 in cash. Urgent (5 working days) - $ 137.23 cash.
I never received an email either but still went to my appointment & they had me down at the right time. Be prepared though,.... everything is slow-paced there, including on getting in the building
Also home for The School for Yoga.
You have to make an appointment online and it takes a while before you get an appointment
Good luck. Your better off flying to Portugal and getting it done there. Also this consulate WILL NOT answer their phone or reply to emails. You are better off going to the building and ringing bell.
They don't reply emails. If you need an appointment you must visit their website and schedule your appointment there.
The photos are taken there. They have a machine for this.
Prices for this and that are different. Best bet email them from the web homepage with your question. Make sure to add your contact info. They generally reply or call you back the same day or early next day, depending on when you send it
Keep trying but don't post your Birthday publicly
The best method is to send them an email and they do reply quickly between appointments
Nope, still on pleasant st. 2nd floor. Was there about 2 weeks ago. You do need an appointment to get in though.
I honored my Thank you.
Yes, actually I'm not aware of being able to schedule ahead of visit
Yes
You do all of the application paperwork there including the electronic finger printing etc. Then you return 4-6 weeks later to pick it up. They will send you an advice by regular mail that it has arrived. Citizen cards are a little quicker, 2-4 weeks.
