Who was your interior designer? Rooms look cold, uninviteting and total lack of charm for such a fine looking grand old hotel.

This sounds like a criticism and not an actual question I personally liked the decor but hey everyone has dif tastes

While we're certainly disappointed to hear that our hotel's interior design does not suit your taste, we do understand that the design may not be for everyone.
