Why is online says that the Ice castle is open but when I am trying to call it says that you are guys officially closed for the season ?
I wanted to go this coming Saturday on December 8th. Are you guys open ?!

They do not open until mid to late December.

They don't open until sometime in early to mid January. Once they open it will say on their website. It hasn't been cold enough in Lincoln for them to complete it yet. Hopefully soon.
