Not sure about a phone number. But the online tickets should work if you pick a time slot that has availability for the amount of people you are bringing.
They are likely sold out at this point. Their events sell out really fast.
Just buy your tickets in person. Even if you buy your tickets online, they still make you wait in line with everyone before you can enter. Buying them online is really pointless.
