You would have to visit their website and check for dates available if there is availability and if so, you will be able to purchase tickets or they also have options to purchase tickets on site as a walk in but only if they have availability. Im additiion, if you have tickets purchased and weather permits they will have the castles open if weather does not permit they will be closed. This happened to us but we went on another date and were able to see the castle. Ice is very slippery when it rains and very dangerous so they close only for your safety.
