Cut back on items, no longer selling books and DVDs.
Not sure. Definitely not as much stock on the shelves as years past. Last 2 times I went they really one had 1 or 2 options on a lot of smaller items.

It's been this way for a while.
Their inventory is certainly smaller than other chains, but to my understanding, they aren't going OOB.
