Employees restocking while over 15 people were waiting to check out! I stared at the employee and it seemed like she was doing this on purpose. I guess we’re entering a time where the short supply of employees give them the leverage to mistreat customers without repercussions. Such a terrifying time for consumers and business owners!

No, Saks OFF 5th is not permitted to take returns for Saks Fifth Avenue. While they are sister companies, they cannot recieve each other's returns.
