Can you get a one day shopping pass?
I don't think so
You can with a Costco cash card (Costco's gift card). You DO NOT need to be a member to access the pharmacy or liquor/wine/beer etc. Unfortunately NH regulates liquor so we don't get the awesome deals on liquor that Costco is well known for but wine is available.
