They were very helpful and explained every detail fully so we understood about it. I would recommend them to every person I know. I appreciate all the help!!!

I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism in my LIFE. They pick and choose and if you've become DEATHLY sick with COVID they do not CARE. Melissa was EXTREMELY rude and flat out REFUSED to give me her boss's name or number. I WILL getting ahold of HER boss. Her JOB is to be professional in stressful situations and she DEFINITELY WAS NOT. And it seems that they BUY their ratings because ANYONE that has EVER come in contact with Michelle would say what ALL of us are saying. CYNTHIA NEEDS to be FIRED I will be reporting this company as well. Not to mention she sent the car to auction EARLY. Then we we called to see where the title to the car is because we PAID IT OFF. She is STILL trying to say that we owe $1000. She is OUT OF HER MIND and has NO business working. This woman LIES. I don't know how she looks at herself. She should be ashamed

This is my second loan with loan max.. I took out one and paid it off,i waited 3 months and took out another loan.Cyndy the associate at loan max in Nashua NH is super friendly and knowledgeable.I would most definitely recommend to my friends, family, and co-workers. If you are in a bind and need a loan, just show up with your title, identification, and car and boom you have a loan and you are on your way... The best part is that you get to keep your car
