Why are they keeping the pool locked? Its summer the time we all want ro use ir the most and all of a sudden we habe been locked out for weeks?? Ive called ledr messages went by the office 4 times noones ever there?

Thanks glad Im not the only one. I even stopped one day while the tech was there to ask if there was a problem and he said everything was in great order but he was required to lock it back when he was done. I mean hes getting paid to treat it every week but we cant use it??? Just dont understand. Thanks for the support at least I know it bothers more then just my kids and I!! :)

Yeah I don't know why either it should be unlocked but they keep it locked all the time it's something that should be brought up at one of the meetings there at the park
