Reservations are not needed but then you might have to wait if it's busy.
Not at all. Just go and have fun. There's only been a line 1 out of the several times I've brought my family. We've never had to wait more than 5 minutes even on the day that it was PACKED. If there's a wait, the mall is close by, just pop over and then come back. Hope this helps
Reservations are needed for large groups and parties. When I go there are people with 5 or less kids in line they get in with out problems.

I didn't make a reservation at all and it wasn't crowded. There just wasn't enough staff at the desk to get you in promptly
