I would have loved to know that there was a bar and restaurant. Which I also noticed has very few customers. The bartender Cherie is very friendly. The area is very nice with no customers. It would have been nice to sit at the bar and meet new folks.

The bar is open to guests and the public 4pm to 9pm Tuesday thru Saturday.

I think that during tourist season it is busy. For a hotel to to sustain a restaurant and a bar year round the yearly salary sales must be pretty high (pun intended). I am not sure when is tourist season in Parachute Colorado.

I see that ... But no one is there. Food and service is awesome. Would have liked to have seen it busy instead of being pretty much by myself. 1 other person there. The double cheese burger with potatoe salady was amazing. I would prefer to eat n drink here as to go out somewhere else. Just my opinion. Was a great stay ...
