Positive: It's affordable, nice and clean. It's not fancy but perfect for quick trips. This is a great place to stay if you're out and about and only using the room to sleep, shower and watch TV at night. Negative: Hotel charges $10 a night for parking. The only issue I had with the room is that the rooms smelled a little like old cigarettes.

Positive: The room was affordable, but I would have paid a little more for better staff, more comfortable beds/pillow, not being charged for breakfast that used to be included free, which I wouldn't have known except for that the receptionist mentioned it 3-4 times Negative: When I showed up, a woman was cutting onions on a table in the lobby holding a baby and said the receptionist would be out soon. The receptionist seemed very out of it. I wasn't impressed with the hidden $10 parking charge (receptionist didn't mention).

Nice Hotel but they charge an extra $10 for parking which is ridiculous based on location and unsecured parking. I can't imagine anyone staying who didn't get there by car. They hide the charge in the fine print and no mention when you check in, which makes it look deceptive. They would be better served to just raise their prices. Would have been 5 star except for this fact. There are other good choices available in the area.

Positive: So clean. Beautiful lobby. Late checkout with a smile - no begging required ;) Maid stopped by in the morning to see if I needed anything for my late checkout - more coffee, laundry bags -- Super friendly. Quality way beyond the price. Negative: not a thing.
