Not sire about concert details. Masks are required just about everywhere.you go. They did not ask for proof of vaccine as you entered the church. Security will briefly look thru your purse or bag as.you enter.
You are required to wear a mask, and some may ask to see proof of vaccine.
The Cathedral is open every day. No inquiry of vaccine proof made.

In NY all public places will need to wear masks. Also in restaurant you WILL need to show proof of vaccine and your ID. So make sure u have it with you or you won't get in.
Everywhere we went with a large crowd indoors in NY asked to see proof and ID of Vaccine. Outdoors was a different, masks were optional. I did feel comfortable with indoor covid restrictions.
When I went in the church, no one enforce to wear a mask but most places in NYC you are required to show identification and proof of vaccine and still wear your mask. I would make sure you have your ID, vaccine card and mask to make sure you make it in the concert.
