I am not 100 percent sure but I don't see why not as long as you have a Valid Identification Card... Or go buy a prepaid Visa Debit Card and do it that way. The Cards have fees but you can do the whole transaction for under $10 extra. You can get the cards from any Retail or Grocery store. Some Convenience stores also sell them.
