Do the m&m’s have Mickey ears on them instead of m’s?

Yes they do

Not all of them . There some items that do have Micky's character . I did though because it was in Micky's property that they were going to have a lot of things with Disney characters. But m and m is not own by Disney my guess is that they aren't allowed to sell any.
