What has changed with the flo’s fillet. That was my favorite steak. The last two times going to longhorn st Augustine the flo has changed in thickness and flavor

It's the spices. It could also be how you had it prepared. Very different flavors between the flat top and the char grill when cooked.

Hope that they also cut the price

My opinion is that they have increased the spices used on the flo. As far as thickness it's probably just the cut because it is still 6oz
