Wasted two hours today getting a trailer that’s rated for 10,000 pounds show up to get the 2500 pound skid steer and they won’t let me load it they said trailer is not big enough. Not a problem plenty other places that will do it that will now get my money. Went to Taylor’s rentals no hassle no problem they were happy to take my money and rent me the equipment. They are amazing

Maintanence coordinator at a local school that had sunbelts name all over the school. Called my area rep. St augustine. And didn’t get anything from him,( left him cellphone, adress, email). Ended up going in to the store. Setting up a rental for a Monday at 8 am. They showed up at 2 pm after my doors closed. Delivered a dirty (covered in concrete) not functional scissor lift, and had me chipping away concrete just to get the rails to fold. Called my local store to ask why it took so long and why it was delivered in this shape. And all I got was “well sorry sir”. It’s a shame there’s not more equipment rentals in st augustine. I’m probably going to start getting equipment out of Jacksonville now.

This review is related to a single event only. Fundamentally, I am writing to attempt to illustrate to the Sunbelt staff that communication is important. I went in to check on the availability of a piece of equipment. The staff was helpful but determined that there was only one of that particular equipment in the Sunbelt system, in a different state. However, there was no attempt to explain whether it was possible to have the equipment relocated. One employee did offer to "check into it" and took my contact information. That was good but there was no mention of whether they would call me or what exactly was being "checked". I had explained that I wanted to see if one could be rented before purchasing so I called back a couple of days later to see if there was any new information. The employee who answered the phone proceeded to again tell me that they didn't have what I was looking for even though I had explained the situation. When I asked if the employee who had taken my information was available, I was told they were at lunch. I asked to have them call me when they returned and had a moment but never received a call back. This incident really gave the impression that Sunbelt did not care about me since they couldn't rent to me.
