What's the tall building by the residence inn, Edina, mn, with the top floor that's circular??

Thanks Heather, I actually asked a local and he said that he believed it was built in the 70s and the top part was suppose to spin and be a restaurant but that never happened. That's what I was wondering...thanks

The one across the highway? It looks like an office building. If you zoom in, Maps will tell you a few of the businesses that are located there. I'm not local, though, so I can't tell you the name of it.
