They have food? On the off occasion when I eat, and I'm not just getting drunk, they usually get it right.

You might have gotten a new person that is still learning. I've been there many times and always gotten good service. Everybody has to start somewhere, so give them another chance. Even though they got it wrong I bet they took care of it.
