What is the dress code here? Would a man dressed in nice shorts and collared shirt be okay?

Casual business'ish in my opinion is most commonly appropriate. Keeps the vibe upbeat. You can wear "poolside" attire however, once you've been there, you may feel a little out of place. It's a nice place with nice people and great food where you can forget about an ugly world for a while. So yes, causal business would be my call ... professional & courteous, at least. Have a great time, be well.

Totally. It's just north of a Stapleton public pool, and I've seen pool-ish clothes worn there. But there definitely were well-dressed customers.
