Sometimes they don't pick up the phone....also, rather than pack up the kidsand get rejected at the door. In your favor, it's mid-week so it won't be crowded. It's also supposed to rain.
Yes - but since you are not a dc resident youll have to pay an entrance fee. I think its around 5 bucks per person
