Shores has always been pretty good about advising when it's an emergency, not, or being honest if it could go either way. Hopefully you've already called.

This is a question you need to call a veterinarian for and quickly. We all went to shores because we needed a veterinarian to treat our pets. That's what they're there for. If you care about your pet, call them to see if they will answer your questions and if you need to bring your dog in.
