Stollen keeps well so long as cut side is covered.
I would call them and ask, they will let you know !It will stay good for a good amount of time, but if you see mold it's gone bad. You can store it in the refrigerator if you are concerned .
Vacuum pack it, should be good for a few days. Don't keep it for a long time!
Ours didn't last more than two days but quality was consistent for that time. Depending how you store it, you should be able to get it a few days out but not much more
Stollen should keep for weeks at room temperature due to the rum. Stollen freezes well.
