Call the center they let you know. Really call around the 1st.
Im not sure most places replenish their funds around the 1st of the month and run out fairly quickly so i would do it then
Um not sure I understand your question. I'm assuming you are asking when can you go and get funds for identification. I don't know when but you are better off calling them or you can go down there to the 2nd do they will provide info to u but they help with almost everything u need
