If you are in Baltimore city you can visit 2700 N. Charles st. For fuel assistance. Once you put in an application you can visit thw Franciscan center for additional assistance with the bill. Hope this helps.
Bge has assistance with your gas and electric. And you can go to a behavioral health program with mental illness and your local social service helps with that as well.
