You have training classes so you know what to do. You work with disabled adults. Some more disabled than others. I like it and find it quite rewarding.

Hi Pandora, All of our open positions listed here: https://www.thearcbaltimore.org/about/join-our-staff/ have different qualification requirements. Like Shavette said, you are required to take a 2-week training course that helps you "get up to speed" on your job duties. Best of luck.
