$47 for adults and $27 for children 10 and under (tax included) was the price, when I was there and is still the listed price on their website. Be prepared to tip your driver as well.
I think we only paid $70 or so for 2 of us. If you stay at Captain Jack's motel, which is newly renovated and perfectly nice, you get a discount on the airboat.
