What's with the $50 dollar cleaning fee when you check in that's not mentioned in the internet reservation procedure?

We are with RVCA time share. Included. But trip is well worth the $50.

We stayed the full 7 days and did not get charged a fee.

We were there only four days, no fee.

If you stay less than 7 days, they do charge a cleaning fee.
