We are moving. ....how do we change all info on dogs microchip and tags?

We got a cat and had to update the microchip to our name and address. We just went to the spca with the chip number to have it done.

The tags, at least in Pennsylvania, have to get a form from your vet and pay the county treasurer to get new tags. As far as the microchip you would need to register your child online and you can change that from there.
