They might have not know. Sometimes they aren't given all of thr information from the previous owners.
It might have not had a seizure but when you vaccinate them they start to have seizures
They put it in the paper work they sent us home with
I'm not sure bout that. But if the puppy passed away, they might give u an exchange, if it happened within the 1st couple of weeks.
