Yes they do. On there website you can see the costs. Under 50# I think it's around $125. My vet wanted over $400... It's absurd what the vets charge. And, the SPCA people are efficient and and super nice and caring.

You can get SNAP certificates to reduce the price of spays/neuters. The YCSPCA is already lower than any vet you could take your dog to. My vet costs over 400$ to spay a dog. And just over $350 for a male. There are some clinics less expensive, but i wouldn't recommend them for a doxie which have tendencies to have issues with sedation and seizures.
