Do you allow people to take dogs outside for a walk? We are so interested in Shelby, the German Shepherd....I grew up with the breed. She is a yellow card and is so scared in that kennel, but so sweet. We got kisses last night :-)

On order to get any animal out of its pen you must have an approved adoption application. Yellow carded animals, per what we were told when we adopted our boys, are not available to be shown or adopted.

I would recommend speaking to one of the staff or volunteers, not asking the general public. Their policies and procedures could have changed and the general public may not be privy to the details of each dog. Yes, they let you take dogs out, but each situation can be different.
