Mid Florida Lakes is more is s 55+ community, not really a resort. The homes date from the 1970s to the present. The folks who live in the community are great and help each other out.
We do not own any of the land, yet we are responsible for driveways that have serious pot holes. This is completely unfair and why would we want to put money to improve your land. We can't take it with us if we leave.
