Cool, we have two Bassett hounds, very quiet and well behaved. They are 102 lbs and 87 lbs.

Not that the association does anything about the people that don't follow the rules .. including dogs that bark non-stop all day .. Shame that the few ruin it for the majority ..
They currently allow 30 lbs or under and the dog breed cannot be on the "prohibited" dog list. All pets must be approved by management and have a veterinary statement regarding shot records, size and breed. Larger pets were permitted in the past, however, new residents and new pet owners must follow the new guidelines. I suggest calling the office when in doubt.
Apparently no weight restriction large dogs are here. Must be responsible with dog liter.

All sizes now. You just have to be a responsible pet owner.
I think under 20 lbs. But, I've seen larger dogs in here.
